Who We Are

Thrive Bucks Supported Living is a compassionate, community‑based service for adults aged 18 and over who require safe, stable accommodation and tailored support due to mental illness, physical disabilities or challenges associated with transitioning back into the community.

We exist to help people live well, independently, and with dignity, even when facing limitations caused by illness or disability. Our approach is grounded in the recovery model and shaped by trauma‑informed practice - recognising each person's lived experience and supporting them in ways that promote safety, empowerment, and hope.

Our service is led by a Registered Mental Health Nurse with extensive experience across inpatient and community settings. This clinical leadership ensures that every resident receives thoughtful, evidence‑based support that is responsive to their needs.
